Altimo Salons Return & Exchange Terms

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact an Altimo Salons customer service representative   within 14 days of making your purchase.

Gift cards and items that were purchased at a discounted price are a final sale and are completely non-refundable, except where the item is damaged, defective, or not working properly. Shipping charges are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

All cosmetics, hairbrushes, hair extensions and clip-ins, cosmetic brushes, nail polish, nail care and skin care products are a final sale. No exchanges will be done on these items due to health reasons.

Altimo Salons allows returns within a reasonable period of time. Hair products purchased online or in our Salon can be returned for an exchange or a store credit within 14 days in the following cases:

  • The item was expired at the time of purchase
  • The item was never used at all
  • The product was dried out at the time of purchasing
  • The item is damaged, defective, or not working properly

The original receipt and packing order will be required for any exchanges.  Exchanges can be made in person at Altimo Salons.

All tools are covered under warranty with Altimo Salons for 30 days from the date of purchase. After that period, the warranty will be through the manufacturer. All the necessary manufacturer warranty documents are included inside the product box. Altimo Salons is not responsible for lost manufacturer warranty claim forms. Warranty details vary depending on manufacturer.
